George and Elena purchased Buchan Guesthouse House and moved in on the 7th of May 2024 to offer guests a warm and relaxing stay in Moffat for short- or long-term stays. This beautiful Victorian listed house is the answer to your search for quality bed and breakfast accommodation whilst staying in Moffat.
Buchan House retains its many period features and is instantly recognisable by its original decorative ironwork to the front covered terrace, where you can chill out and have a few drinks while watching the sun go down.
At Buchan House we offer 6 well presented en suite bedrooms situated over the ground and first floor. Guests can also relax in our large first floor lounge which overlooks the tennis courts, bowling green and surrounding hills and has now been fully refurbished with new furniture and equipment.
Our newly decorated spacious breakfast room is located on the ground floor, where we offer a varied breakfast menu which includes vegetarian and gluten free options along with cereals, fruit, yogurt and fruit juice from the buffet. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
